CNCTECH IMS Privacy Policy
Industrial facility leasing and operations management application
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Important service clarification: CNCTECH IMS is an operational application for authorized
personnel of CNCTech factory tenants/customers and CPM employees. It does not sell digital content, app
features, subscriptions, or user access through the mobile application. Account registration in the app is a
free request for an operational user account and does not create any paid entitlement. Access is granted only
after CPM verifies the request and the relevant customer relationship.
This Privacy Policy applies to the CNCTECH IMS mobile application, operated by
CPM COMPANY LIMITED on CNCTech's IMS platform.
1. Purpose of the application and intended users
CNCTECH IMS supports the operation and customer service of industrial facilities/factories managed by CNCTech.
The application is intended for:
- authorized personnel/users of CNCTech customers or factory tenants; a customer may be an individual or an
organization; and
- authorized employees of CPM who manage, operate and support those facilities and customers.
The app is distributed publicly so authorized users can conveniently download and install it on their own
devices. Public availability of the app does not mean that the service is offered for purchase by the general
public.
Typical functions include submitting and tracking support/maintenance tickets, managing scheduled and ad hoc
operational jobs, recording worklogs and completion results, meter-reading confirmation, receiving customer and
operational notifications, viewing facility information, and uploading operational or technical documents.
2. Account registration, approval and access
Customer personnel need an authorized account to use protected functions in CNCTECH IMS. The in-app registration
function is provided only to simplify the account provisioning process.
- Registration is free of charge.
- Submitting a registration request does not purchase, subscribe to, or unlock any paid digital content or
functionality.
- A registration request is not automatically activated.
- Authorized CPM administrators review the submitted information, verify the relevant customer/tenant
relationship, associate the account with the appropriate customer, and approve or reject the request.
- Only an approved and active account can sign in and access the operational functions assigned to that user.
CNCTECH IMS contains no in-app payment, pricing, subscription purchase, external checkout link, or call to action
directing users to purchase digital functionality outside the app.
3. Information we collect and process
Depending on the functions used, we may collect and process the following information:
- Account and identity information: name, email/username, optional phone number, declared
company/organization, country/region, assigned customer/company, department or role where applicable.
- Facility and customer information: information related to the relevant tenant/customer,
factory, area, project, contract or managed asset available to the user's authorized account.
- Ticket and support information: request content, category, timestamps, processing status,
assigned personnel, comments and resolution results.
- Operational work information: scheduled/periodic and ad hoc jobs, job plans, assignments,
checklists, worklogs, timestamps, notes, deadlines, completion and acceptance results.
- Notification information: operational/customer notices created by authorized CPM users and
event-generated notifications relating to tickets, jobs, meter readings and account administration. This may
include notice title/content, category, severity, effective period, intended recipient scope and delivery/read
status.
- Meter-reading information: meter readings and supporting evidence such as meter photos when
a reading is recorded or confirmed.
- Photos, videos and attachments: photos, videos, technical documents and other files that the
user intentionally captures, selects or uploads for an operational record.
- Device and technical information: information necessary to operate and secure the service,
such as device notification token, device/OS/app version, login events and diagnostic/error information.
If location is used, it is requested only for a specific operational function, such as adding coordinates to a
photo when the user enables that function and grants permission.
4. How account information is used
Account and employee/customer-user information is used only for legitimate operation of CNCTECH IMS, including:
- verifying the identity of the person requesting access;
- authentication and secure sign-in;
- authorization and assignment of the correct customer/company and permissions;
- account administration, approval, suspension and deletion; and
- identifying the responsible user in operational records and audit/history where necessary.
We do not use account registration information to sell advertising, build advertising profiles, sell personal
information, or solicit users to purchase digital content or subscriptions.
5. Camera, photos, microphone and file access
CNCTECH IMS requests device permissions only when they support a user-initiated operational function.
- Camera: used to capture photos or videos as supporting evidence. Examples include a photo of
a faulty device attached to a maintenance ticket, a meter photo supporting a meter-reading record, or a
photo demonstrating the result of a ticket/job worklog.
- Photos / photo library: used when the user chooses an existing image to attach to an
operational record, or explicitly saves an image to the device.
- Microphone: used only when recording video with audio.
- Files / document picker: used when the user intentionally selects documents to upload.
Examples include factory technical/design documents, as-built documents, fire prevention and firefighting
(PCCC) documents, acceptance/quality records, environmental documents, and customer renovation-related
documents.
- Face ID / biometrics: used for optional quick authentication. Biometric matching is
performed by the operating system; CNCTECH IMS does not receive the user's face image or fingerprint data.
- Notifications: used to deliver information necessary for facility operation and customer
service. Notifications may be created manually by authorized CPM users on the web system or generated
automatically by operational events. Examples include planned maintenance or utility interruption notices,
safety/PCCC or weather warnings, general facility notices, ticket assignment and ticket completion updates,
new job assignments, job completion/acceptance updates, meter-reading updates and account-related notices.
- Location: used only for functions such as adding location information to a captured image
when enabled by the user and permitted by the device.
Users can manage or revoke device permissions in system settings. Where supported, users can select an existing
file or photo instead of capturing new media.
6. How we use operational information
Operational information is used to provide and improve the industrial facility management service, including:
- receiving, assigning, tracking and resolving support or maintenance tickets;
- planning, assigning and tracking operational jobs, checklists, worklogs and completion evidence;
- recording and confirming electricity, water or other operational meter readings;
- managing technical and facility-related documents;
- sending operational/customer notifications and reminders;
- maintaining processing history, reports and audit trails; and
- maintaining system security, troubleshooting and user support.
Customer and operational notifications
Authorized CPM users may create customer notices in the web system and send them to the relevant authorized
users according to the operational scope, such as an industrial zone, project or factory/facility. Examples
include planned electricity/water interruptions, planned maintenance, infrastructure incidents, fire-safety
(PCCC) or security notices, severe weather/storm notices, operating instructions and other general facility
information.
The system also generates notifications automatically when relevant operational events occur. Examples include a
ticket being assigned to a responsible employee, a ticket being completed, a work result being recorded, a new
operational job being assigned, a job being completed or accepted, and meter-reading workflow updates. These
notifications are intended to keep the affected customer users and CPM personnel informed of the status of the
physical facility and the work being performed.
Notifications are operational/service communications. They are not advertising and are not used to promote the
purchase of digital content, subscriptions or paid app features.
Scheduled/periodic and ad hoc operational jobs
CNCTECH IMS supports both scheduled/periodic jobs and ad hoc jobs. Periodic jobs
are generated from operational plans and checklists, for example periodic inspection, equipment/infrastructure
maintenance, safety/PCCC checks, cleaning or environmental work. Ad hoc jobs are created when an unexpected
operational need arises, including work originating from a ticket or work assigned manually by authorized CPM
personnel.
For these jobs, the system may process assignment, schedule/deadline, checklist items, worklogs, notes,
attachments, completion evidence, status and acceptance/confirmation information. This data is used solely for
managing and documenting the operation and maintenance of the physical facility.
7. Sharing of information
CNCTECH IMS uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. Device notification tokens and
technical information required to route notifications may be processed for this purpose. See
Firebase privacy information.
We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary:
- within CPM and with authorized CNCTech/customer personnel who need the information for facility operation,
support and customer service;
- with infrastructure, hosting, maintenance or technical service providers as necessary to operate the system;
- when required by competent authorities or applicable law; or
- with another party where the user has consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
8. Data retention and security
We use appropriate access controls, role-based authorization, managed server infrastructure and secure network
connections to protect user information.
Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for system operation, customer service, contractual and
operational records, audit/history, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations.
9. Account deletion and user rights
Customer end-users can delete their account directly in the app by signing in and selecting
Profile/More → Delete Account, then confirming the deletion. No phone call or email is required
to complete the account deletion process.
Authorized CPM administrators can also deactivate or delete a customer user's account as part of account
administration.
When an end-user account deletion is confirmed:
- sign-in access is permanently disabled;
- account credentials and personal account information are deleted or anonymized;
- push-notification registrations and account permission/role links are removed; and
- the deleted account can no longer be used to sign in.
Operational records, processing history and attachments previously submitted may be retained where necessary to
preserve business records, audit trails, contractual history, facility safety/maintenance history or legal
obligations. Retaining those records does not keep the deleted user's active login account.
Users may contact us to ask questions about their personal information, request correction of inaccurate account
information, or raise a privacy concern.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes in the application, operational processes or
applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page.

để bảo vệ dữ liệu người dùng.
Dữ liệu được lưu trong thời gian hợp lý cần thiết cho vận hành hệ thống, phục vụ khách hàng, hồ sơ hợp đồng/nghiệp
vụ, lịch sử/audit, giải quyết tranh chấp và các nghĩa vụ pháp lý liên quan.
- quyền đăng nhập bị vô hiệu hóa vĩnh viễn;
- thông tin xác thực và thông tin cá nhân trong hồ sơ tài khoản được xóa hoặc ẩn danh;
doanh, lịch sử kiểm tra/audit, lịch sử hợp đồng, an toàn/bảo trì nhà xưởng hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý. Việc giữ lại các
hồ sơ này không duy trì tài khoản đăng nhập đang hoạt động của người dùng đã xóa.
